We are excited to welcome Daniela Mateus as a new Associate Member of the IUGS COGE! 
Daniela is part of the Geological Map of Colombia research group at the Colombian Geological Survey, with 8 years of experience in geological research, mapping, and geochemical characterization.
She contributed as Associate Editor of The Geology of Colombia and participated in international projects like UNESCO’s IGCP 667 World Map of the Orogens.
Daniela has represented Colombian geology at global events, publishing articles and book chapters. We look forward to her contributions to advancing geoscience education worldwide!
